RS2 Vietnam: Rollback of Hotfix 1.06.2

We are rolling back hotfix 1.06.2. Something went wrong in our build process and code that was not supposed to be in 1.06.2 was introduced, returning a bug that was fixed in 1.06.1. As of this time we are pulling the update and rolling clients and servers back to 1.06.1 while we investigate what has happened.
We appologize for any inconvience this may have caused. We are commited to figuring out what happened here so it won't happen again, while we continue to work on addressing issues.
